Billie and Greg's Mud Run
Tuckwell Family
Fundraising as part of team:
Orla's Angels
My Story
On Saturday 23 September, myself, Adam, Ava and Poppy are taking on a Nuclear Races mud run for Haven House Children's Hospice.
Haven House is a very special place and it's very close to our heart. Orla and us as a family spent her final days there altogether.
From providing respite services and physio and music therapy, to supporting families through end of life care and providing counselling services, they aim to look after the whole family. Having a child with a life-threatening illness will inevitably bring a number of tough times, but offering all these support services mean that families can spend time making memories.
This super muddy run will be a challenge (particularly for myself as I cannot stand getting muddy!) but it's nothing compared to what many families go through having a seriously sick child.
Every pound you donate, and every obstacle we conquer, will help hundreds of local children and their families. Thank you for making this possible.
